Viora Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Viora products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition for Return

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care items (including the Crystal Hair Removal Eraser and Micro Needling Derma Roller) unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

Email us at ecomds2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a full refund or free replacement, no return shipment required.

Exchanges

Need a different variant, like a different Derma Roller needle size? Email us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.
